Submerged pulse solenoid valve is a submerged type (also called embedded valve), which is installed directly on the air bag. It has better straight-through injection effect and less loss of working air source. It is suitable for occasions with a wide range of air source pressure. Therefore, it is widely used in pulse dust collectors.
There is a closed cavity in the submerged pulse solenoid valve. There are through holes at different positions. Each hole leads to a different oil pipe. There is a valve in the middle of the cavity and two electromagnets on both sides. Which side of the magnet coil is energized? The valve body will be attracted to which side, by controlling the movement of the valve body to block or leak different oil drain holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and then pass through the oil The pressure of the oil cylinder pushes the piston of the oil cylinder, and the piston drives the piston rod, which drives the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current on and off of the electromagnet.
Installation and use instructions of pulse solenoid valve:
. Before using the pulse solenoid valve, please check whether the components are damaged during transportation.
. Before installing the pulse solenoid valve, you should ventilate and clean the debris in the gas supply pipe. When installing, pay attention to the direction of gas flow and whether the pipe is correct.
. When installing the pulse solenoid valve, all sealing rings must be coated with appropriate lubricant.
. There are three pins on the electromagnetic pulse valve coil and are equipped with a special plug. One of the marked pins is a grounding pin. The user can decide whether to ground it according to needs. (Generally, when the voltage is less than the voltage, it does not need to be grounded, and when it is greater than the voltage, it should be grounded.) The other two are coil power pins, which are connected to the terminals of the corresponding sequence of the pulse injection controller and the terminals of the valve common line. Pay attention to whether the voltage meets the requirements.
. The air distribution box (including the pipe) of the dust collector is determined by the user. The capacity of the air distribution box should be sufficient to provide a stable air source for the electromagnetic pulse valve. The inner wall of the air distribution box should be clean and free of rust and other debris. The air distribution box should be clean and free of rust and other debris. No leakage and meets all safety requirements.
